Fried Egg and Rice

Ingredients:
300 g  Cooked Rice  
85 g  Ham - diced  
50 g  Mixed Vegetables  
60 g  Shrimp - cooked  
3 tbsp Cooking Oil  
1 tsp  Double Pagoda Garlic oil  
1 tsp  Double Pagoda Chives oil 
1/2 tsp  Double Pagoda 100% Pure Fragrant Sesame oil 
1/4 tsp Salt 
1/4 tsp Pepper
Methods:
1. Pan-fry egg in 1 tbsp cooking oil. Sliced egg into fine shreds.  
2. Heat remaining cooking oil and garlic oil.  
3. Add ham, shrimps and mixed vegetables, and stir-fry for 1 
minute.  
4. Stir in cooked rice and sesame oil.  
5. Stir well until rice is heated throughout.
6. Add salt and pepper to taste. 
7. Sprinkle chives oil over rice and stir throughly.  
8. Dish rice on serving plate and spread the fried egg on top.
