I love Cheeseng's pure white sesame oil because it
has a very strong flavour that you can use it
sparingly. The Double Pagoda Roasted Sesame Powder
has a more mellow, nutty flavour than the pure oil
but you can use either one. Sesame oil is a good
source of essential fatty acids and is low in
saturated fat. I love the products!
